Site development from the renderings

Lobby glazing set back 1.20 under the floor-1 soffit; the two cantilevered wings are open, covered terraces.
Plaza paving: large light slabs on the 1.50 module with dark bands every 6.00.
Entrance garden: sculptural concrete benches with timber seats and planted pods with small trees.
East terrace: lounge sets, umbrellas, bistro tables, a bar counter along the street edge and string lights from the wing soffit.
Rear boundary: planted strip and trees behind a fence of concrete fins and timber panels.
Glass railing along the plaza edge above the street; planting along HaHashmal St.

Streets from Street View (July 2022)

Derech Menachem Begin (east): two three-lane carriageways with a fenced median, 4.0 sidewalks with young street trees, a bus stop in front of the podium. Sidewalk at about 27.40 abs (−3.40).
The podium faces Begin as a single-storey blank concrete wall with louvres, projecting brackets and a cornice; the plaza and terrace sit on top, about 3.4 above the sidewalk.
HaHashmal St. (west): narrow one-way street with parking on both sides and 2.0 sidewalks at about 29.45 abs. A stone wall about 3.0 high runs along the podium, with the car entrance under the tower's west wing.
Opposite on HaHashmal: a garden lot with dense trees behind a perforated concrete-block fence, and four-storey apartment buildings.
North: an open parking lot behind stone walls up to Mikve Israel St., with white office blocks beyond.
South on Begin: the historic white IEC building with tall slit windows, the low white block seen in the renderings.
East across Begin: a five-storey white building with piers, older low shops, and office and glass towers in the distance.

Positions come from the satellite view and heights are estimated from Street View, not surveyed.
